Cancellation Policy for Paw 2 Paw LLC

At Paw 2 Paw LLC, we understand that plans can change, but training is also a commitment that our trainers have made to you as part of their busy schedule. To ensure efficient scheduling and to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Rescheduling: Due to the strict program requirements, Paw 2 Paw LLC does not offer the option to reschedule cancelled appointments.

2. Process: Clients can cancel appointments by calling 541-588-0937 or emailing admin@p2ptrain.com. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time in all communication.

3. Non-Refundable Services: All services provided by Paw 2 Paw LLC are non-refundable. However, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of initial booking if the client decides not to proceed with the service. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows for any reason.

4. Policy Communication: This cancellation policy is communicated during the booking process and is included in our confirmation emails to ensure transparency and clarity.
