board and Train
Sometimes training is a bigger undertaking than what we’re able to commit to. For families who find themselves in this position, we offer a board and train program where our trainers handle the heavy lifting. Board and trains are great for all training but especially recommended for reactivity and aggression cases that require more “undoing” and therefore are a larger time commitment.
During the last week of the board and train, we will schedule private sessions with the owner/family to ensure both dog and handler are set up for success and training is maintained post-board and train.
Our typical board and train is 4 weeks and starts at $900 per week. Additional weeks may be added if trainer and owner agree it’s necessary. Dogs with a bite history may require an additional charge. Depending on your goals and prior training, we may be able to offer a shorter board and train option. Please inquire for more information.
Private Sessions
We provide both in-person and virtual training sessions. For in-person sessions, we can decide on a training location that is appropriate depending on what your goals are or what you're working on. This is a great option for owners who are able to commit to a consistent training schedule outside of the private sessions.
We also offer e-collar training - it is incredibly important to condition and train the e-collar correctly. For this reason, we require a commitment of 5 sessions to ensure both dog and handler understand how to work with the e-collar. The price for 5 sessions is $1000. An additional charge may be required for dogs with a bite history.
Off leash hikes
If you’re local to Bend, we provide pack hikes on Monday, Wednesday, and bi-weekly on Tuesdays. In the summer, we extend this to offering pack hikes nearly every day!
Life gets busy (it happens to the best of us!) and getting your dog out during the week is not always feasible. This is also a great way to safely socialize your dog with other dogs who have been behavior-tested.
We’re able to pick up and drop off. Please note, your dog needs to have a solid recall. This is a safety precaution to ensure all dogs are kept safe while hiking. We will require an eval prior to booking - if your dog’s recall is not up to par, we have training options to help you get there!
Pricing: $40 per pack hike (including pick up and drop off)
* We require your dog’s nails to be trimmed to avoid injury while hiking. We offer nail trims for an additional $10.
In-home Boarding
Heading out of town or visiting Bend? If you need to leave your dog in trusted hands, we’ve got you. We provide boarding options for both training clients and the public.
Boarding is structured as if your pup is a part of our family. Dogs are cared for by our experienced trainers in their homes and treated as fellow pack members. They get potty breaks, daily walks, and attend our pack hikes (if dog-friendly + have a solid recall).
Please note, that while some dogs can handle the freedom of being out of the kennel, others can’t. If your dog chews, resource guards, or has accidents inside they will be crated during their stay. We also leverage kennels when we need to leave them unsupervised or if they are going for a ride in the car.
If your dog has particular needs, like taking medication, is reactive, or has a bite history, please disclose this in your inquiry so we can make appropriate arrangements.
